A: Sports flooring installation is said to be 30% flooring and 70% installation. Before installation, the sports flooring (usually a concrete surface) must meet the following conditions:
Dryness: The moisture content of the surface should be below 20%, otherwise it will cause the flooring to bulge and warp later.
Flatness: The surface must be highly flat, with gaps within a 2-meter straightedge typically not exceeding 3mm.
Firmness: The surface must be free of loose sand and hollow areas.
Our installation team will conduct a professional site inspection before installation and lay a moisture-proof barrier layer (such as a PE film) to ensure stability during later use.
